Bulgar is a whole grain made from cracked durum wheat and is rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre. Ideal for many dishes including stews, salads and breads.
Ingredients
Bulgar (Bulgur) Wheat.
Add 1 part bulgar to 2 parts water. Bring to the boil and simmer for approximately 15 - 20 minutes.
Storage: Cool, dry & hygienic; away from direct light & strong odours.
