Chinese Five Spice is a wonderful blend of eight spices that can be used in Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine, amongst others. The five flavours (sweet, bitter, sour, salty, and pungent) refer to the five traditional Chinese elements of 金 木 水 火 土. Ours is made up of Coriander, Cinnamon, Fennel, Ginger, Cloves, Dill Seed, Star Aniseed and Aniseed Green.

Storage: Cool, dry & hygienic; away from direct light & strong odours. Once opened keep in an air tight container for freshness.
